Yes. Jesus is talking.

Look after your body and keep it fit. Your body is a great treasure you have been given by the Creator. It is with your human body’s agency that you experience the whole wealth delivered  by the dual reality of the material existence on the planet Earth. There are few places in the Universe that give the Souls incarnating into matter so favorable conditions to self-creation and deep experiencing of their Divinity in the circumstances of the dual reality. That is why you shall not cease in thanking the Creator for the gift of life on Earth. Respect your earthly life and the planet, Earth, as living on it, especially in this period of the time shift, provides with great opportunities for your spiritual growth.

The universally accepted law, and the worldly common truth is that whatever you do for others, you do for yourself so watch your behavior to others. Are your intensions pure? Are you directed by Love and simple fairness in interpersonal relationships? With your life, give others – whose souls also want to walk the path of Love, a good example to follow.

Thank the Creator for everything that you can experience in life. Know that everything that happens around you has its spiritual background to teach you something; everything is the subject of the experiments that your incarnating souls scheduled for you to do. The condition of the consciousness you have while experiencing life is important.

Never grumble about negative experiences which hurt you, according to your human comprehension because you know nothing about the purposes that your soul was motivated with they actually serve. Of course, you shall always ask, and continue doing it, the Creator for protection, care and guidance so that the effects of the behavior you could have avoided as unnecessary to you soul’s experience, would not hurt you.

Ask the Creator for the gifts of the Holy Spirit and live according to the Laws of the Universe but be patient and humble as everything has its own time. Excessive haste also results from the activities of the ego which wants to manage the development of the soul. Yet the soul has its own plan of actions that will bring you to Divinity and the plan conforms to God’s Will. From the point of view of the soul it is important that your human goal conformed to the goals the soul was motivated with while incarnating. Let your soul fulfill its mission on Earth in the most complete, beautiful and best way possible. The mission of your soul always conforms to the God’s Will so, in your life, direct yourself to fulfill the Will of God whish means fulfilling the plans of your soul. 

The Universe loves you with the great unconditioned Love and offers you help. The spiritual caretakers always stand by you. Be aware of their presence and thank them for their selflessness. They heal both your spiritual bodies, and your physical one. You owe them a lot. Without their selfless help you would not be able to fulfill the purposes of your life and you would not achieve what you have achieved in this earthly life.
