Control your thoughts. Pay more attention to them. Experiment and experience your own though-control. Why don’t you try to pick up and use some affirmations form the Golden Book?

Though control shall let you live the present moment “here and now” easier. This is one of the most urgent tasks that you are facing now on your spiritual path. Bear it in your mind that in the higher spiritual spheres the thought creates reality immediately so thought-control is significant for functioning in the higher octaves of the spirituals reality. Though-control is, first of all, observing your thoughts instead of automatic switching into their stream and developing them. Controlling the thoughts that flow through you also means analyzing their source of origin: i sit the Light, or is it darkness. Aspire to connect to the stream of your thoughts that flows through you upon your own conscious decision. Your reaction to a specific though shall also be a conscious one unless the though carrier some contents that require immediate response. Experience the though-response relationship.

Moreover, experience life because it is the excellent teacher. You have got your Free Will so use it with Love and prudence. Remember that you are under the Creator’s supervision, and you can always rely upon His help. I shall also serve you with my helping hand and protection – always. Call me whenever you need me and shall come and help you. Do not stop to call to me for protection. Such protection shall be given to you in all aspects of your life so that darkness won’t harm you or drag you down, into the matter, never again. Your task is to grow to Light and Love.
